Gift Vouchers - Terms & Conditions

E-GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers bought on our online store are sent electronically to recipients by email.

E-gift vouchers may be redeemed in store or online. Our store is located at #02-10 Cluny Court, 501 Bukit Timah Road, Singapore 259760.

E-gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

If the full value is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance stays on the voucher and may be used against future purchases until it expires.

Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

They may not be combined with any other promotion, offer or discount. GST, service charges and delivery fees are not covered by vouchers and will be charged separately.

Supporting Eve is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers, and replacements will not be issued. If a voucher is altered or tampered with, it will be deemed invalid.

PHYSICAL GIFT CARDS

Please note that physical gift cards cannot be used to shop online. They can only be redeemed in store at #02-10 Cluny Court, 501 Bukit Timah Road, Singapore 259760.
