Collection from our store is free of charge. Simply place your order online and select Store Collection at checkout.

Our team will contact you by email once your order is ready. Please wait for this confirmation, and bring your order confirmation and a form of identification with you.

DELIVERY WITHIN SINGAPORE

• Standard delivery — $6. Delivered by local courier within 3–5 working days.
• Free standard delivery on orders over $150. Applied automatically at checkout.
• Same day delivery — $30. Subject to courier availability and the time your order is placed. Same day deliveries cannot be processed between 7pm - 10am when the store is closed. Cut off time for same day delivery is 6pm.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed after 12pm (noon) on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We currently ship to Hong Kong, and to selected states within Malaysia.

• Hong Kong — SGD 25.
• Malaysia — MYR 80. We deliver to Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Perak, Putrajaya and Selangor. If your address falls outside these areas, please contact us before ordering.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs charges applied by the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are collected separately from your order total.
