We accept returns and exchange of eligible online purchases within 45 days of the purchase date.

Eligible items may be returned for:

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unwashed
• Be in their original condition
Have all original tags attached
• Be free from perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, stains, pet hair or odours
• Include any original packaging where applicable

No returns or exchanges on the following item: All sale items are final. For hygiene reasons, briefs, thongs, shapewear bottoms, nipple covers and any other intimate garments that come into direct contact with the body cannot be returned unless faulty.

We recommend trying your items on a clean, fresh body and keeping all tags attached until you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligible in-store purchases may be returned within 45 days of purchase with proof of purchase for:

We recommend trying your purchases at home with the tags attached before removing them.

To make a return, simply visit our Cluny Court store. All returned items will be inspected by our team before an exchange or store credit is issued. Management decisions are final.

GIFTS

Received a gift that isn't quite right?

No problem. We understand that finding the perfect fit isn't always easy.

Eligible gift purchases may be exchanged or converted to store credit within 45 days, provided they are:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• With all tags attached
• Free from perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, stains, pet hair or odours

Our fitting consultants will be delighted to help you find something more suitable.

Please note that gifts cannot be refunded.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or there is another issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a fair solution.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Singapore consumer protection laws in relation to faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied products.

If there is anything we should be aware of regarding your order, please include a note at checkout or contact us directly.

Free Pick Up & Delivery

Delivery Within Singapore

Orders will be delivered by local courier. Expected delivery within 3-7 working days of ordering. Supporting Eve cannot be held accountable for delays incurred by the courier.

Please note that orders placed on Fridays will be processed Monday. 

Any orders placed the day before a public holiday will be processed on the next available working day. 

Orders are NOT processed or shipped on weekends.

Our standard delivery is free above $150

For orders under $150, there is a flat rate of $6.00 

Same Day Delivery

You may also choose to top up for same day delivery. The following charges will apply: 

Same day delivery via Grab Express: $30

We offer a free pick up service. Simply place your order online and come visit our store at Cluny Court in Singapore to pick up your order.
