• Inspection – All returns are subject to inspection before an exchange or store credit is approved.

If you are unable to visit us, please contact us and we will advise you on returning your items by post.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed. Supporting Eve reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy. Management decisions are final.

A newly fitted bra, like shoes and jeans, bras need a break in period. 

We highly recommend you wear your bra at home with the tags attached for at least 30 minutes to ensure fit and comfort.

Eligible in-store purchases may be returned within 45 days of purchase with proof of purchase for:

No problem. Finding the perfect fit isn't always easy.

Eligible gifts may be exchanged or converted to store credit within 45 days, provided they are:

• Free from perfume, deodorant marks, makeup, stains, pet hair and odours

Please note that gifts cannot be refunded.

Our fit consultants will be delighted to help you find something more suitable.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or there is another issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to find a fair solution.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Singapore consumer protection laws in relation to faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied products.

LIABILITY

While every effort is made to provide safe, high-quality products, Supporting Eve accepts no liability for any skin irritation, allergic reactions, rashes, pressure marks or other adverse reactions that may occur through the use of our products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Delivery Within Singapore

Orders will be delivered by local courier. Expected delivery within 3-7 working days of ordering. Supporting Eve cannot be held accountable for delays incurred by the courier.

Please note that orders placed on Fridays will be processed Monday. 

Any orders placed the day before a public holiday will be processed on the next available working day. 

Orders are NOT processed or shipped on weekends.

For orders under $150, there is a flat rate of $6.00
