Experiences Terms and Conditions
Supporting Eve Gift Experience Terms & Conditions
Each Supporting Eve gift experience includes a designated amount of complimentary food and beverage, along with a specified store credit. The store credit will be issued to the recipient in the form of a gift card, valid for six months from the time of booking.
Redemption and Use:
- The store credit may be redeemed at our Cluny Court location or online.
- Gift cards are strictly non-refundable.
- After the six-month period, any unused credit or experiences will be forfeited.
Booking and Cancellations:
- Full cancellations for a refund are not permitted.
- To reschedule a booking, at least 24 hours' notice must be provided.
- Bookings may be rescheduled within the original six-month validity period of the gift card.
Please ensure all terms are reviewed and understood as they are binding upon acceptance.
