Care Instructions

• Trim wick to 5mm before each burn

• Allow wax to melt to edges on first burn

• Burn for 2–4 hours at a time

• Keep away from drafts, children, and pets

Gifts are great, but getting the perfect fit isn't always easy. If your gift is not suitable for you, come into our store and let’s get you sorted.

Our fit consultants will be on hand to help you find the perfect fit.

In exceptional circumstances, such as lost orders, damaged items or any other concerns, please contact us ASAP and we’ll work together to find a solution. 

If there a special circumstances we need to take note of for your order, please include them in your order notes at checkout.

Delivery Within Singapore

Orders will be delivered by SingPost within 3-7 working days of ordering. Please note that orders placed after 12pm (noon) on Fridays will be processed by Monday. 

Our standard delivery is free above $100,

For orders under $100, there is a flat rate of $6.00 

You may also choose to top up for next day delivery or same day delivery. The following charges will apply: 

Next day delivery: $20

Same day delivery: $30

We offer a free pick up service. Simply place your order online and come visit our store at Cluny Court in Singapore to pick up your order.
