Care
PrimaDonna recommends machine washing at 30°C on a gentle cycle with lightweight items. For longevity, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent, and drip drying — never tumble dry.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Eligible items may be returned within 45 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all original tags attached. Items cannot be returned once the tags have been removed.

BEFORE YOU REMOVE THE TAGS
Like a new pair of shoes, a newly fitted bra may need a short wearing-in period. We recommend wearing your bra at home with the tags attached for at least 30 minutes to be sure of the fit and comfort before removing them.
