If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 45 days with proof of purchase.

In exceptional circumstances, such as lost orders, damaged items or any other concerns, please contact us ASAP and we’ll work together to find a solution. 

If there a special circumstances we need to take note of for your order, please include them in your order notes at checkout.

Delivery Within Singapore

Orders will be delivered by SingPost within 3-7 working days of ordering. Please note that orders placed after 12pm (noon) on Fridays will be processed by Monday. 

Our standard delivery is free above $100,

For orders under $100, there is a flat rate of $6.00 

You may also choose to top up for next day delivery or same day delivery. The following charges will apply: 

Next day delivery: $20

Same day delivery: $30
