OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Supporting Eve Lingerie Pte Ltd ("Supporting Eve", "we", "us", "our"), an independent lingerie boutique at #02-10 Cluny Court, 501 Bukit Timah Road, Singapore 259760.
We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including the additional policies referenced below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access the website or use any of our services.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you are of the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependent to use this site.
Separate requirements apply to in-store bra fittings for customers under the age of 16. Please see section 11.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you, in using the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including copyright laws.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature. A breach of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to our Services.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
You understand that your content, excluding payment card information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmission over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
Headings in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms.
3. PRODUCTS AND SIZING
Certain products may be available exclusively online. These may have limited quantities and are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
As a small independent boutique carrying a wide range of sizes, we cannot hold every size of every style at all times. Stock availability shown online is indicative and may change.
We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate.
Bra sizing varies between brands and styles. Size information provided on our website is offered as guidance only and is not a guarantee of fit.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product, to limit sales to any person or geographic region, and to discontinue any product at any time.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, without notice.
Delivery charges, and any duties or taxes on international orders, are additional and are shown or explained at checkout.
5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Please check your size, colour, quantity, delivery method and contact details carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the details given at checkout are correct.
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch or readiness for collection. We may decline or cancel an order, including after confirmation, where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or reseller activity.
If we cancel an order we have already accepted payment for, we will refund the amount paid for that order to the original payment method.
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to help. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, and our Returns & Exchanges Policy applies instead.
6. PRE-ORDERS AND SPECIAL ORDERS
Where a size, colour or style is not held in stock, we may be able to order it in for you, subject to supplier availability.
A deposit of $25 per item is required to secure a pre-order. The deposit is deducted in full from the final purchase price when the item arrives.
If the item is not suitable when it arrives, the deposit is retained as store credit for a future purchase. Pre-ordered and special-order items cannot be cancelled once placed with our supplier.
Estimated arrival times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they depend on our suppliers.
7. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Available delivery options, charges and estimated timings are set out in our Shipping Policy and are shown at checkout before you complete your order. The rate shown at checkout is the rate that applies.
Free collection from our Cluny Court store is available. Please wait for our confirmation email before travelling, and bring your order confirmation and identification.
Delivery estimates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, DUTIES AND TAXES
We currently ship to Hong Kong and to selected states within Malaysia, as set out in our Shipping Policy.
You are responsible for any duties, import taxes, GST, handling charges or other government fees imposed by the destination country. These are collected by the courier or customs authority and are separate from your order total.
Please check your local rules before ordering. If a shipment is refused and returned to us because these charges are unpaid, we may deduct the outbound and return shipping costs from any credit issued.
9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT
Eligible items may be returned within 45 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds, except where required by law.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all original tags attached. Sale and Last Chance items are final. For hygiene reasons, briefs, thongs, shapewear bottoms, nipple covers and other intimate garments cannot be returned unless faulty.

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under Singapore consumer protection law in relation to goods that are faulty, defective, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
10. GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers and gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

11. BRA FITTING SERVICES
Our bra fitting service is offered free of charge, on a walk-in basis, with no obligation to purchase.
Customers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must remain present in store for the duration of the fitting and consent to it. We may decline a fitting where a customer under 16 is unaccompanied. A parent, guardian or companion is welcome to be present at any fitting, at the customer's request.
Our fitters are trained in fit-by-sight bra fitting. Any advice, recommendation or size guidance we give is offered in good faith as retail guidance based on our experience. It is not medical advice and should not be relied on as such.
This applies particularly to post-surgery, recovery, maternity and nursing products. If you have had surgery, or have a medical condition affecting the chest, breast or back, please consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional about what is appropriate for you. We are happy to work alongside their guidance.
We reserve the right to decline or end a fitting where a customer behaves inappropriately towards our staff or other customers.
12. PRODUCT USE AND LIABILITY
While every effort is made to supply safe, high-quality products, Supporting Eve accepts no liability for skin irritation, allergic reaction, rash, pressure marking or other adverse reaction arising from use of our products. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use immediately and contact us.
Please follow the care instructions supplied with each garment. Damage caused by incorrect washing or wear is not a fault.
This clause does not affect your rights under Singapore consumer protection law where an item is faulty, defective, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
13. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied on as the sole basis for making decisions.
This site may contain historical information, which is provided for reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but have no obligation to update any information.
14. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times or availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders, at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
15. OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available", without warranties or endorsement, and that your use of them is at your own risk.
Third-party links on this site may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy, and accept no liability for any harm or damages related to your dealings with them. Please review their policies before transacting.
16. USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND SUBMISSIONS
If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, reviews or other materials, whether at our request or not, you agree that we may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use them in any medium, without restriction or compensation, and that we are under no obligation to keep them confidential or to respond.
You agree that your comments will not violate the rights of any third party, and will not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory or obscene material, or any malicious code. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your comments.
We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit or remove content we consider objectionable in our sole discretion.
17. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information through our store is governed by our Privacy Policy, and is handled in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
18. PROHIBITED USES
You are prohibited from using the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any regulations, rules or laws; to infringe our or others' intellectual property rights; to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, intimidate or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; for any obscene or immoral purpose; or to interfere with the security features of the Service.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of these prohibited uses.
19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable.
Except as expressly stated by us, the Service and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without representation, warranty or condition of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supporting Eve Lingerie Pte Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Service or any product purchased through it.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.
20. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Supporting Eve Lingerie Pte Ltd and its officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed. This shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
22. TERMINATION
Obligations and liabilities incurred prior to termination survive termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate them at any time by ceasing to use our site. If we judge that you have failed to comply with any provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.
23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements, communications and proposals.
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.
24. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of them by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
