Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.
Eligible items may be returned within 45 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all original tags attached. Items cannot be returned once the tags have been removed.
Our full terms — including return conditions, exclusions, pre-orders, gifts and international returns — are set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
BEFORE YOU BUY
Shopping for bras online isn't always straightforward, and we would much rather help you get it right first time than process a return.
If you are unsure about a size or style, send us a WhatsApp on +65 8820 2853 and one of our expert fitting consultants will be happy to guide you. You can also email hello@supportingeve.sg.
BEFORE YOU REMOVE THE TAGS
Like a new pair of shoes, a newly fitted bra may need a short wearing-in period. We recommend wearing your bra at home with the tags attached for at least 30 minutes to be sure of the fit and comfort before removing them.
