RETURNS & EXCHANGES AT A GLANCE
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, eligible items may be returned within 45 days of purchase for an Exchange or Store Credit ONLY.

Return Condition – Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all original tags attached.

Tags Must Remain Attached – Items cannot be returned if the tags have been removed.

All Last Chance Items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Hygiene Policy – For hygiene reasons, briefs, thongs, panties, shapewear bottoms, nipple covers and other intimate garments that come into direct contact with the body cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Postage – Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Inspection – All returns are subject to inspection before an exchange or store credit is approved.
Our expert bra fitting consultants are always happy to assist with exchanges and alternative sizing.
A newly fitted bra, like shoes and jeans, bras need a break in period. We'll do our very best to help you find a comfortable fit that you love.

Returning Your Online Order
Shopping for bras online can be complex—we know that finding the perfect fit isn't always easy.
To help you choose with confidence and minimise the need for returns, we recommend only purchasing styles and sizes you feel reasonably confident about.

We take great pride in helping every customer find the right fit. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not work out as expected.
A newly fitted bra, like shoes and jeans, bras need a break in period.
We highly recommend you wear your bra at home with the tags attached for at least 30 minutes to ensure fit and comfort.

No problem. Finding the perfect fit isn't always easy.
Eligible gifts may be exchanged or converted to store credit within 45 days, provided they are:

GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or there is another issue with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Singapore consumer protection laws in relation to faulty, defective or incorrectly supplied products.
If there is anything we should be aware of regarding your order, please include a note at checkout or contact us directly.

LIABILITY
While every effort is made to provide safe, high-quality products, Supporting Eve accepts no liability for any skin irritation, allergic reactions, rashes, pressure marks or other adverse reactions that may occur through the use of our products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Free Pick Up & Delivery
Delivery Within Singapore
Orders will be delivered by local courier. Expected delivery within 3-7 working days of ordering. Supporting Eve cannot be held accountable for delays incurred by the courier.
Please note that orders placed on Fridays will be processed Monday.
Any orders placed the day before a public holiday will be processed on the next available working day.
Orders are NOT processed or shipped on weekends.

For orders under $150, there is a flat rate of $6.00
