We accept returns of online orders within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

All items must be in original condition with tags attached and no sign of wear, deodorant marks or odour. We suggest trying your items on a fresh body. Only try briefs on over your own undies for hygiene reasons.

All return items will be inspected by staff. Management decisions are final.

If your items qualify for a return, you can exchange them for other items in our collection or store credit in the form of a gift voucher.

In exceptional circumstances, such as lost orders, damaged items or any other concerns, please contact us ASAP and we’ll work together to find a solution.

Free Pick Up

We offer a free pick up service. Simply place your order online and come visit our store at Cluny Court in Singapore to pick up your order.

Delivery Within Singapore

Orders will be delivered by local courier within 5-10 business days of ordering. Please note that orders placed after 12pm (noon) on Fridays will be processed by Monday. Our standard delivery is free of charge within Singapore, for orders of $30.00 and above.

You may also choose to top up for next day delivery or same day delivery. The following charges will apply: 

Next day delivery: $20

Same day delivery: $30
